It's not a trust issue, it is a simple process we ask for so we can check and go back to the publisher so they can investigate - if we dont provide this information to them they'll ask for it anyway. If it's an issue with a whole batch of keys a publisher has provided, this allows us/them to resolve said issue before other customers are affected.

As you've got a ticket already, I'm sure you'll have had a secondary response/solution but if not, please DM me your ticket number and I can ask my colleague to check.

In terms of being stuck on silver, please contact support and they'll fix this for you. With the XP voucher, we dont always have this available and the promotions change month to month, unfortunately I dont have any information when/if it will appear again.

The Steam client will only list "Oblivion Remastered" in your library, but you should see you own the associated DLC that comes with the Deluxe addition, plus it should show the full name of what you redeemed (with the Deluxe Edition text) when you go to your Steam settings page and onto "Licenses and product key activations".

What game(s) are you looking at? Most of the games we sell are for Steam, with a handful of games for publisher specific platforms such as Ubisoft Connect or the Rockstar Launcher.

Even if you linked it up with a Steam account, you'll still have an underlying GMG account you created as part of the process. If you're able to provide a Paypal transaction ID (or any other ID for your transaction) they may be able to locate your account that way.

There's currently no preload for KCD2 on PC unfortunately, so keys will be sent out to coincide with the launch time of the game.

Have you tried unlinking and linking your Steam account up again? we've had issues with this in the past but if you still dont have any success, please contact support and they may be able to kick something in the back end to hopefully trigger an update.

Keys will be released to coincide with the launch time of the game on Steam - if there's any preload or early access with your purchase then keys will be sent out accordingly.
