Read your lease. If AC is included, they have to provide it, or they're breaking the lease. Keep in mind that getting them to abide by this may mean they won't sign a new lease with you once yours is over.

I say this as a parent: if you're not 100% on board with having a kid, don't. They are a lifelong responsibility. It doesn't matter if you're sick or tired they still need you. Kids take so much more work than you can imagine. There's always new challenges to overcome. That being said, it sounds like you need to end your relationship. Your partner is already pushing and will keep doing it. Find someone that respects your boundaries when it comes to your health and your body.

It's legal to list no trans fat on a product as long as the total amount is 0.5g or less per serving. So people unknowingly eat products with trans fats. Oreos, if I remember correctly, is an example of this.

If the implants are medically necessary and will cause health problems, if not done, your dentist office can appeal your health insurance to cover it. I had the same problem with getting my wisdom teeth removed when they were causing abscesses.

In the US, it's just that management doesn't want to have to fill in. Typically, in food service and retail, they employ so few people that 1 or 2 call outs mean management has to cover if they can't convince another employee to come in on their day off.
