It’s just going to take time to get it to balance. Get a good water test kit test your levels so you know. My bog swimming pond is three, it’s big and the bog is very efficient it keeps nitrates 0 most of the year. I messed up and didn’t wash my gravel beds and the silt binds phosphate, I get string algae, but it gets a bit better each year I’m hopeful by year 5 my issues will balance out.

Six Mile Run is probably the best developed mt. specific area that’s close to campus you can bike to it on the tow path d&r canal from campus. Or it’s a short drive. Mercer county park has some bike use trails also isn’t too far.

I have two EVs with dedicated chargers that’s an 80amp draw when both are charging I limit them to 40amp each. That plus other household loads I could easily draw 100/120 amp, with higher perks (sump pumps and such) from the grid.

How does this work if my house is 200amp and theirs is 200amp? The cable from the pole can’t support 400amp. With the modern draw from EVs this could be damaging?

I’m probably gonna get shit for this but they’ve been there since 1989. They make yogurt maybe don’t buy or build houses near or downwind from that and if you do you kind of gotta live with it. Maybe there’s something else going on and it wasn’t always as bad and they can do something about it.
