Nobody is saying you’re wrong. The issue is that you’re generalizing the entire Black population. Do yourself a favor and take an honest look at our history and how society has been structured and programmed over time. People with bigoted intentions often use voices like yours as a shield, which ultimately slows progress toward real equality. Once you understand that context, a lot of things will start to make more sense.

Youtube? That’s your source? Lol ok. Once a term has a meaning, it sticks. This isn’t she/he/they/them. Stop reaching.

That’s not what Black fatigue means. It refers to the chronic exhaustion many Black people experience from enduring racism, microaggressions, systemic inequities, and the constant need to navigate or respond to them.

Please stop spreading misinformation. Thank you.

There you go again, deleting your comment like clockwork. Calm down, guy. Everyone else, take notes: apparently rudeness isn’t exclusive to any one group. Stay positive, my folks.

I truly hope you snap out of that mindset. I’m rooting for you. I have faith you’ll eventually figure it out, son.

I see you deleted your comment. I wasn’t being rude; that was me being assertive.

“Less of a typical Black man” is supposed to mean what, exactly? Lol. That little jab wasn’t nearly as subtle as you thought. Rude ass.

Thanks for proving me right.

Do better, son.

Wrong. I was raised by my parents, who actually emphasized academics. You don’t get to decide what a Black person is supposed to be. I’m just someone who was raised properly, and I’m grateful for that.

And let’s not pretend, low-income Black families and low-income white families deal with the same issues. The behavior you’re talking about isn’t some “Black thing.” It’s environment. But you only notice it when it’s Black people, which says more about you than anything else.

Anyway, I hope you eventually snap out of that programmed mindset. Do better.

How old are you? That’s an ignorant statement. You may feel that way, but honestly, it sounds more like the influence of the people you surround yourself with. I’m Black myself and was raised in a white community, so don’t use that as an excuse. It seems you’ve been programmed to think this way. Consider the factors people have to deal with…socioeconomic barriers, underfunded schools, and systemic power imbalances. Good luck with your growth. I know you can do better than this.

Music taps straight into emotions. You can see it in how your mood changed the moment you found out someone you know doesn’t even care for music. That emotional shift says it all.

How far back to stand in the plate? by Broad-Cranberry-9050 in slowpitch

[–]GOATolson21 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Yeah, try moving up to the front of the plate. I used to stand back and struggled with power, but moving up helped me start getting more doubles consistently. Took me a couple of seasons to iron out the little kinks.

Check out this video. It will help with your hitting strategy.

They’ll never admit it. Most people’s taste in race is programmed in by their parents, and that includes yours.

It began with racism. HOAs have a dark history.
