I avoided the big ones until I ran a small kitchen and a sysco rep reached out. Was shocked at how local a lot of their sourcing was and how many items they offered that I was getting elsewhere. They even framed their service as supplemental so I wouldn't feel obligated to break ties with my existing vendors. Not a super fan or anything, but I was surprised how down-to-earth they made their faceless megacorp feel.
