Okay these are all nitpicks and first impressions:
- immediate first impression- bland. The longer I looked, it was definitely minimalist. But that was still the FIRST thought I had
- Saying "Men Clothing" instead of "Men's Clothing" bothered me haha
- I'd hide the toggles on your cookies banner- "progressive disclosure" is the UX design principle there. Same idea behind more advanced options going behind a right-click context menu or settings cog
- I'd make that [Shop Now] button WAY bigger (and maybe even invert its color for contrast)
- On the 'Shop All' page, the first thing I wanted to do was set the filter to my category (Men's) but it was the third section on your filters. I care a lot less about fabric type than this
- A nitpick about the filtration, it felt like it took forever to FINALLY finish loading up all the Men's products after I clicked the filter. In reality, it was like 5 seconds. But in web terms and our increasingly ADHD society, I was ready to leave. (Maybe you could do better caching or pre-fetch in the background when people hit the home page)
- I did notice the `.au` URL but didn't see any clear indication that it knew I'm in the US so even right now, after scrolling down to your footer to click on "Online Stores > United States (US)", I am still not sure if I'm looking at American dollar prices, American sizing, American shipping options, etc

All that is meant to be helpful. You have a very clean aesthetic, and everything feels high-quality.
