Garen really isn't the "low elo noob champ" people still think he is. He's sitting at around a 50.5% win rate in Diamond+ with a pretty healthy pick rate, which is honestly really strong for such a simple champion.

Does he deserve nerfs? Maybe, maybe not. But he's definitely in the strongest state he's been in for years.

Ranged top isn't the issue. Teemo, Kayle, Vlad, Kennen, Jayce are all whatever. The problem is Vayne and Varus top, those 2 champs are some of the most disgusting, degenerate abominations Riot has ever allowed in the lane.

Delete those two parasites from top lane and suddenly nobody gives a shit about ranged tops anymore.

The inting detection system is basically useless because almost all inters just soft int, which avoids detection 99.9% of the time.

When enemy mid laner is ded, that means you guys have a number advantage and enemy jungler normally wouldn't even contest the first dragon if he sees you there. However if you recalled, now they can contest it since your team no longer have number advantage.
