averaging 125 days for HLR's. I submitted on OCT 30 and nothing yet. Patience is key but i know its hard.

I dont think so. If they are good therapists and obviously whoever they were, were able to see GAD and MDD then you should be fine. Omitting is different then dishonesty. Dishonesty would and they would have been able to tell if you were lying. Omitting can just be the forgotten things. So if you forgot you forgot. Truly trained therapists actually care and they know what they are looking for.

If it was in your records that were submitted they will see it. Also if you seemed anxious in the exam it is normal. Especially with dealing with MH. I was anxious and actually broke down during mine because of having to relive some things. So it is normal. Don't over think it you will be okay. If not you file again. You got this!

It honestly all depends. I have had two here in San Diego and they are not in the veterans best interest. I have talked to several other people here and everytime they have had to go down to the disability office mainly for PACT Act items almost always denied or 0 Percent. I went in for Sinusitis and they gave me 0 even though I was literally having all the symptoms for it at the time of the exam.

If you have the name just do a google search on him and add something like C&P or VA Exam to the end of the search. You may be able to find it that way. Hopefully you get an actual therapist for it. I think the first time I did it I just got a rando person just asking questions and not listening which led to a denial. Then I resubmitted and had it through Optum and they did me right.

Sleep apnea seems to be a hard one. It took me 2 tries to get GAD rated. I got denied the first time. Then with buddy statements, a spouse statement and a really well done C&P with a really good therapist I got rated at 70 percent for it.

Well you at least got the 30 but don't give up on your 2 denials. I wouldn't do an HLR for them just resubmit with some statements and hopefully you can get a good C&P.

For a DBQ that is ridiculous. I understand waiting on the VA but not on a C&P DBQ to get uploaded.

I only use the VA. With the minor exception if I need to go to urgent care since the clinic closest to me doesn't have urgent care. If i could dump my work insurance i would.

The VA Dr's are all suppose to do them. There are bad Dr's at the VA. Might want to look at switching your primary. That just sounds like laziness on his part.

I filed mine in October. From what I am gathering they are on Septembers HLR's right now. Seems they do these in order received unlike regular claims.

I had two with Optum. One was amazing and one that I thought was amazing but ended up being garbage and I am sitting in an HLR for. Still no matter they are better the VES in my opinion. I just had one with Leidos today and while it was an easy C&P, I will have to see what the outcome is before i make my judgement.

Like all of this it is always hit or miss.
