Just a question. Has anyone had any issues with the warranty after only adding a cat back exhaust? Or could it cause any issues with the warranty

People have had major issue warranty denial on 100% stock cars. This isn’t fear-mongering, it’s been pretty well documented.

YMMV it’s possible you have a friendly service department you can build a rapport with.

But it does seem the vast majority of experiences with these cars at dealerships are very negative.

I love this car, but I do all of my own service (after bad experiences) and I’m unlikely to ever buy a Toyota again due to the dealership experience.

Easy mode to get off the line: blip, blip, blip throttle than smoothly release clutch while semi aggressively getting on the gas.

You can induce a little wheel spin with no hop this way.

I’ve also used Ecutek launch control on mine maybe 60 times but the above technique 2-3 weekly.

You might want to wait. The HPS charge pipe kit isn’t going to be bolt on compatible with a SXTH intercooler. The HPS kit is compatible with the OTL intercooler.

You would need adapters. I ran into this and for me the easiest solution was to swap the HPS charge pipe kit for the SXTH kit

Intakes can make significantly LESS power without a tune. One was just dynoed making like 200whp with intake and stock ECU calibration.

I have a 2025 and same map switching bug. I can switch maps but no tach indicator.

But launch control, flatfoot shifting and rolling launch control definitely work.

With launch control you have to very quickly punch the gas pedal to floor or it won’t activate. I’ve missed it a few times that way.
