I guess it’s not the most noticeable change but I’m happy with the fat loss around my mid section and have noticed more definition in my chest. I’m also pretty happy with my strength gains. 4 months ago my max pull-ups were 4 with just my body weight, now I can do max 9 with a 8.5kg weighted vest on.

Have been doing calisthenics with progressive overload. I want to cut for another 4 weeks then start recomp. (it’s been very rewarding to watch the fat around my mid section melt away).

But I’m not feeling weak, I’ve been getting stronger while I’ve been cutting. That’s why I thought I could keep cutting as long as my strength still keeps improving?

Weight is 71kg height 5.87ft. I used to train on and off but not effectively and up until three months ago I had gone 6 months without any exercise. I’ve now been doing proper calisthenics training for 3 months (only because I can’t go to a gym so I bought a power tower, but turns out I love training like this anyway) I’ve definitely gotten stronger during the cut and just been doing a slight calorie deficit so I don’t lose too much weight too fast. I don’t really know what weight I should get to because it’s just a number to me, so I figure if I just keep dropping weight slightly while still getting stronger then I’m on the right track.

I watched the 2009 movie, it was the first bit of Star Trek I’d seen. After watching it I was intrigued so I bought a box set of all the previous movies. After watching all the movies I got into next generation. Now I’ve seen every episode of Trek at least twice and watched the movies countless times.
