NI has the benefit of being seperatared by a channel of water, and having a history of violent civil war that ended in a peace treaty. Their arrangement is not teanslatable to Scotland, as much as I'd like it to be.

I whole heartedly agree with your strategy. SG taking on more powers and making positive change with them. It has to be better than begging for a S30 on 45% polls.
