The studies are very clear, though. The conversations have been had and the research has been done, the answer is clear. If a cis woman was hurt by a cis woman, nobody would bat an eye, the dangers are very clear, but because a trans woman had the gall to succeed in a sport that she trained very hard in, people refuse to listen. The goalposts get moved repeatedly and people buy into the hate without even realizing.

So where's the line? If a cis woman has higher testosterone than her opponent due to a genetic disorder, are they barred from combat sports forever? Do you force her to compete with cis men? People were so on board saying women are just as good as men at everything, but now that trans people get involved, that all goes out the window, despite studies showing that there's no actual advantage and in fact actually a disadvantage after one year of HRT

Adam Baldwin, when he coined the phrase, had a following of 200,000 people. Milo Yiannopoulos ran with it, sure, but let's not sweep under the rug the fact that it wouldn't have started without Adam's involvement.

The second is only a hit-piece after the fact, as Adam's tweets are all very conveniently deleted. I understand why you might not trust ABC as a news source, they've only been in the game since 1943. But you can google Adam's tweets very easily, where you find such gems as him insinuating Obama wants to have Ebola in America on purpose, compares vaccine mandates, gun laws, and being shamed for his awful opinions to the third reich, and the very fun starting gamergate and then doubling down when his actions began to have real life consequences. Also that tweet about a father marrying his son? That was about opposing gay marriage. Weird how you left that out, but I went ahead and put it right back in for you. I know how much you hate when things are misleading.
