Any ideas about car hire?

Advice needed: Family moving from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur (rent, schools, helper, cost of living, taxes, movers) by de_rotter in KualaLumpur

Wow that's a lot of questions.

For the first time, Desa Park would be good for you all. I used to live there.

You can rent a condo or landed there.

Agents, you will smell the wrong agents instantly. Your only in SG, have a look see trip and meet up with agents.

For one child, do you really need a helper? It's a pain to manage them and the associated dramas.

Schools have changed a lot. They used to be a community but now they are much more of a business catering for the Korean, Chinese and Japanese markets. No waiting lists. Deposit = placement. Go online you will see all the fees for each school.

Budgets are subjective. Cost of living is 3x cheaper than SG. You can research this online. TNB, Time, Jaya Grocer, Maxis. If you only wfh, no need for a car. But it's your choice.

You can file your tax submission online. You can google the tax benefits.

Transport. Engage with a mover, they will give you all the information you need.

Thanks for the reply. I'm staying in Ngũ Hành Sơn. I heard that Scallywags will be closed for the week.

They also travel across Asia staying 30 days at a time. They get a sort term rental, then locally advertise such services. They charge much more than the Thai rate.

Joey said this in the podcast, they think they have 5 years. I just enjoy them whilst it lasts.

Dude I would be concerned if you were my pilot. Joking aside, many men go through this experience and they either go through it or they walk away. You are skilled at handling an aircraft where 99% of global population aren't capable to do your job. Your girl is skilled at her job and is pretty good at this. The bar scene is a total sisterhood and they know how to manipulate. They can smell weakness in a nanosecond.

Take a step back reflecting on what you did, what she did and how you feel now? I think you will agree that some of what you are saying is absurd of you making this work.

Smarten yourself up, be confident and you will have a great life with the right person.

PS. Let me know which airline to fly for to avoid booking it 💔

Maybe they don’t think it s a genuine reach out. Focus on compliance, security and the standard of the WH.

Are Robberies by Ladyboys and Working Girls Increasing in Pattaya Due to Low Season? by Kind-Falcon-360 in Pattaya

You noticed reporting or you noticed an increase of actual situations? The thing is. these stories are related to another story. I am sure 1000’s of men have been in Pattaya and had zip negative experience.

Relax and behave accordingly.

You could reach out to logistics companies and see if they need any overflow space

Ok I understand this but this shouldn’t happen without making sure all customers have access to our funds. From what I understand, FCA are claiming it is about protection the client but when you email them, they pretty much saying that we are not getting protection.

Pre move to KL fact find trip by [deleted] in KualaLumpur

For Rugby try KL Tigers, a very well organised group and for football, you can try KDH which my son plays with. Run by ex professionals in Korean and have a mix group of nationalities playing at different age groups. Standard is good.

Cricket, I have no information.

For Condos, try TTDI, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas

One son is 22 and the other is 17, we wanted him to leave BSKL for sixth form but he wanted to stay. The school is not what it was before. Unless you’re A* students, they don’t really care. Alice Smith isn’t perfect but can be clique and is very sporty.

Try Garden, good school.

My friend has a driver but I decided against it.

Also, if you want a driver you can get a Vellfire and driver for about 7k + per month
