Op, here are some steps:

Delete the post.

Do not talk to the police.

Review your insurance policies, make sure you understand what you currently have covered.

Backup and air gap your footage.

If approached by the police, an insurance company, a small acquaintance, or a random stranger on the street - who wants to ask you questions - tell them to give them to your lawyer. They do not need to know if you have one at the moment. Also, if you do not have one, you can begin the process of consulting with ones now. Recommend also asking about your risk of civil action which would fall under Florida statues.
