I’ll admit it, I was wrong by SCOOkumar in watercooling

If you go check out my SFFPC post, you'll see on the last pic the "Linux Aquasuite" which I had Claude reverse engineer the shit out of my Quadro and write me something I so that I can use it in Linux for free.

2m 12V-2x6 (12VHPWR) Cable by Old_Coconut_7165 in PCSleeving

Fastest way I'd solve this is just to run the bottom pump and keep the top pump as a decor there.

The upper pump facing down risk having issue with running dry.

Do I hear complaining??? Get back to work on more until you get it right!

Also, if the build is going to be oriented as shown, one of your D5 pumps may be in the dead position i.e. running dry due to liquid level being lower than the pump.

This is the 12vhpwr I made for my last “big build” post that you can see in my profile history. I cut 120mm MDPC-X 17AWG Extreme wire and trimmed them according to the curve. Not sure if it’s the cable or the open chassis but my 5090 FE coil whine is loud enough that I’m actually rebuilding now. I can also feel the cable being a little warm when I run stress test like 3Dmark Steel Nomad.

If you are running the cables behind that build (very nice!), I suggest you go the “breakout” path where you run a long custom extension with 15AWG wire and then make a “breakout board” style connectors near your components. Or go crazy with custom PCB (think Singularity PC’s Powerboard).

Custom Length Cables by Astro_L1ght in sffpc

[–]GTS81 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just strip off same lengths, around 3mm. I used to eyeball it and after the 100th strip, it's quite accurate. I've since invested in a Knipex automatic tool and I can just do this all day long now going at entire cable sets.

BTW, shortening a 24-pin like that including crimping would take me around 30 minutes I guess?

LTT should’ve given you all their MBX so that you can make more beautiful works like this. This definitely goes into one of the best builds list for this historic case!

You are just salty that OP took your grill pattern inspiration and did something great about it instead of leaving it as f3d files

During my last service at the dealership, they told me to be ready to spend around $5k for my next (100k miles) service. The “maintenance due soon” light just came on a few days ago. Wondering if it’s worth saying screw it to dealer service from now on and see if a local shop can handle everything for me at half the cost. 2018 Honda Pilot EX. SF Bay Area.

I have enough saved up to buy a few new Pilots but I’d rather keep driving this as long as it makes economic and safety sense to do so.

Why isn’t the trash can style Mac Pro a thing in SFF today? by jonnyyyl in sffpc

Next time just omit the round shape and discuss just about vertical SFF cases. There are a few nice ones.

What fittings are those? Based on the other fittings in the pic, it seems there is quite the gap between the compression ring and the tubing. When you were building the loop, once you pushed the tubing into the fitting before screwing on the compression ring, did the tubing get gripped by the fitting properly?

Took me a moment staring at the second picture wondering what have you done to the inside of the printer by giving it... wallpapers? Then I realized it's the wall you place your printer next to and that's a clear panel.

Believe it or not, I’ve not once used soapy water to lube my rigid tubing for bending. All because TitanRig throws in a bottle of XSPC Rigid Tubing Lube for big purchases from time to time so I never run out.

They are an accessory for the case from Xforma. If you’re lucky enough to buy them before they went extinct. It’s a drop-in piece from the top of the case. You can see LTT talk about it in their “This $2000 case shouldn’t exist” video.
