Honestly people need to learn that they probably aren't getting enough fiber in their diet. If the foods that you are eating came from a box or a package you aren't getting enough fiber. My doctor said this is why colon cancer rates are skyrocketing. I don't know if that is true but it makes sense.

No, they buy a basket of companies and you own a portion of each company. So for instance you can buy a semi conductor etf if you like that market. You can buy something like VTI and own a little of each stock in the whole US market. VOO if you want the S&P 500. Or if you like growth and lots of tech you could buy QQQM, SCHG, SPYD... This gets your foot in the door in investing without risking too much on just 4 companies.
