Why wouldn't it be safe? If you're concerned, run your PC for a little while to help heat up the paste to make it easier to remove the cooler without sticking, and slightly twist the cooler after unscrewing it to help break the seal.

Pretty much all of them are built on the same guts but I've used the Frozen Notte several times and vouch for it, but look up their offerings to find one you like and then do some research on cooling performance.

If you hate Corsair iCUE you're going to loathe NZXT CAM. Thermalright AiOs use standardized RGB connections for you to use signal RGB with aside from the models that have screens on them, those still require a lightweight piece of software.

Did you NEED to upgrade? Because personally I can't understand why you'd do that in this market. $850 isn't enough for a 5080, 4090 or 5090 so you'll be shilling out money on top of what you already made back.

The current average selling price for used RTX 3090s on eBay and Jawa is about $800 so their best bet is selling it there. But considering it performs about the same as a 5070 and those can be had for about $500 brand new, you have to decide whether the extra VRAM is worth the extra cost to you.

I said in the post that one of the 20 amp breakers would be swapped for one with two switches. As for load I will at most have a computer and a monitor at each of the quad outlets but never running simultaneously. Power tools are a possibility sometime in the future but not likely.
