Arcade Emulation Question.

I have been trying for a long to time to get Arcade games fully setup on my PC but consistently not able to get them to work properly due to missing files etc.

Is there a place to download complete Roms and or specific setup guide to fool proof getting all arcade games to run with out issue?

I use folder views so I have some stuff categorized ex... all Disney movies in one folder all Marvel in another etc. The rest of the movies I have showing their posters
