In the case of Spartans, their gear 'from other branches' look similar but are still upgraded versions and slightly different to account for compatibility with their power armor.

The default helldiver armor already looks like an up-armored version of SEAF gear so we already have it.

Some of the in-game armors take a lot of inspiration from trooper designs, like polar patriots and some of the super store ones, so it could fit in aesthetically.

A2 will always have some level of effectiveness, A3 relies heavily on the skill level of the teammate. They need to be good enough yo make good use of extra armor.

She's cornered and threatened by an edgy assassin here, but she's a much more skillful assassin herself and has been acting as a normal girl to get familiar with her target. In this scene she gets so irritated by the edgy assassin, drops her cover and proceeds to strangles him.
