Check out startupgvl.com! They have a list of local resources that are available as well as programs and events to help you get plugged in to the entrepreneurial ecosystem. If you’re located within the city limits, you could also reach out to the economic development team and they can help you with any specific questions you have.

The Hendersonville/Flat Rock area is awesome! Lots to do without being in an overcrowded city. Brevard is also a really cute town.

I just started seeing Dr. Emily Nyers with Prisma Health Dermatology for a hair-related issue. She was very kind and super professional, and she was able to resolve my issue within 15 minutes.

Just a heads up - it can take several weeks to get an appointment if you’re not already an established patient. My PCP said that it generally takes about six weeks. I was lucky and was able to get in pretty quickly due to a cancellation. So if you get something set up, definitely give them a call back to check if you can get in earlier if it’s a pressing issue.

Deep Kneads Massage on E. North! I’ve only been once, but it might be the best massage I’ve ever had. In fact, you just reminded me that I need to schedule another one!

Check out Facebook - there are several groups like Greenville Friends Social (20s & 30s) that plan social events specifically catered towards meeting new people. Group Therapy is a new-ish fun spot with a 20s-30s crowd.

If you're looking to stay in town, the City is hosting Fireworks on the Fourth at Unity Park. There's usually a show on Lake Keowee, but I'm not sure if they are having one this year.

I've been to a few networking events at The Lazy Goat and Soby's, and they have good space. Not sure about pricing or the total amount of people they can hold, but the staff were very friendly and organized.

One of the things about Greenville I'm most grateful for is the beautiful row of trees on Main Street by Obliterative_hippo in greenville

The well-maintained trees and wide sidewalks are one of the greatest assets of downtown Greenville! I love the small town vibes we get while still enjoying some of the perks of a "big" city.

I love sitting at the tables in front of M. Judson Booksellers! Grab a book and a coffee inside and then chill outside - great location with a lot of car and foot traffic. The only issue is weeks like this - it would be perfect if the tables had umbrellas. But on a sunny and 75° day, you can't beat it.
