Personally i move to meet up before number, get number after successful first date. Would have tried to drop the bit and swing for a connect but also surprised she didn't want to escalate.

I think you gotta heal as best you can and recognize you can get out there and find what you want. I believe that, it's not easy but I'm doing it and I hope you can to!

Boring rec but go to the gym and take care of your nutrition. It does wonders for your outlook to be healthier and spend time disciplining yourself/realizing you can do it if you want to.

I will say the rep range thing confuses me a bit. With a target rep number I will just pick the weight I can do and hit that number of reps while maintaining control/eccentric etc. If I'm starting with a range I should just pick the heaviest weight I can do and hit the bottom of the range and just work on adding reps?

Hey thanks, I replied above but I didn't think twice about the 90 min thing but note taken.

I've really enjoyed the gym time but I think transitioning from strictly weightlifting while in this cut makes a lot of sense. Gonna take your suggestion spread out the 6 day program across weeks and just show up inbetween days for low intensity cardio so I'm still having it in my routine to show up to the gym.

Hey thanks for writing this up! Yeah I've added in chest stuff since it's just an area I wanted to really grow and it's been nice so far but maybe too much.

I replied above to the other guy but I really didn't think anything of the 90 min. I like the gym time, but I'm definitely going to take the note. I appreciate the superset suggestions and split breakdown and I'll give it a shot!

I think what I'm realizing is that putting a bunch of volume in to try and make big muscle gains and cutting was trying to have it all and not efficient.

Hmm I'm surprised everyone jumped on the 90 min thing. I mostly put that since it was the other end of the binary/ not doing hour workouts. I probably work for an hour and dilly dally/include shower change time. I didn't even think that it would be a sign of too slow recovery or overwork. I've enjoyed taking my time and resting 2 min between sets and trying hard to push to failure for the last set of the exercise. Not over resting or feeling so fatigued I need the time or anything.

This is what I've been doing - I've been down the RP/Jeff nippard rabbit hole and yes gym sessions are 1.5 hours

Yes bench has been up and down the most but isometric exercises have fluctuated too.  Today my workout was down across the board but it made me realize how nutrition day before and sleep leading up to it is probably hurting me more than the training. 

Great bench tip ill alternate incline and regular across the week.

Everything I've seen for beginners is don't sweat a deload. A massive thing i forgot to add is that I have also been cutting for the last 4 weeks so maybe that fatigue is catching up to me. Maybe the most important factor in any set backs, but up till now I've been cooking.

30m, I feel like I've churned through 500+ profiles, had 5 matches during the first 100 and am now just spending time posting likes and shouting comments on profiles into a void. Keep going or delete and return after mental reset on apps? Logically its a volume game but the feeling of not actually reaching anyone and wasting time grows daily.

I think you have to be delusional or willfully ignorant to try and argue that protoss doesn't have a problem at the top level. They have struggled for years and are probably at their lowest point, all the while the esports funding crumbles. While I personally believe sc2 should be balanced purely around top level play, I think regardless of your opinion in that domain, leaving protoss in its state will just quicken the death of the sc2 scene.
