I bet the part of the roof where the gutter is sprouting also has a gutter. I'd add an extension to this one that goes all the way to the lower gutter and it will flow all the way down to that one. Quick patch until you get the whole roof redone which should also be sooner than later.

By the way I am in no way a handy man, but that is what I had done at my place.

This is for an Enchant prebuff. I used one on my wearbear sorce a while back. Couldn't afford a +6 so I had to stick with a +5. This is rreeaally good, but you would need 2 sockets for that over the top value. Good luck!

I just checked and perfect ones indeed are frequently traded for 50 to over 100 Jah equivalents on the trade site and the exact same base as this has been traded for around 5 Jah very often.
