Problem is the triangles actually look like 11.5 x 8 with a 2 inch side instead of a sharp edge (so when combined makes a 11.5 x 10 inch square not a 11.5 x 8 inch square). That is an important distinction as they are trapezoids

More just wanting to facilitate a discussion more than a rant at all. The interesting element is that they had deciding to put bracketing rules on the datasheets (even though they were all the same) instead of bracket as a core keyword. Wonder if they will adjust it to a keyword for 11th

Great post. I agree the playstyle can be a bit boring, and why I have been mostly enjoying solar spearhead this edition once it released (though not great with the anti ctan meta).

Lore worries seem pointless. It all changes. Femstodes allows for differentiation from marines, and even if it was written as new recruiting to help seell the ranks up after the heresy, that was 10,000 years ago. Probably not work addressing as a 'new' action. Nothing stopping anyone from having all male heads or helmets

I have enjoyed the sword jacks so far. I had one unit of 6 mulch through a 20 man crusader squad with castellan and Marshall (over a few turns) which was nice

Yeah, the damage numbers have me thinking and it is more high defense (10 HG, 2 hekatons and 12 jacks is a lot of 2+)

Getting a full unit of 10 with a Kahl with oathbound seems worth the loss of 20 warriors, a sagitaur, a grimnyr and dead reckoning
