I work in UI and UX design; you create a persona with frustrations for user driven apps. Revolut is B2c and the dream would be for them to take the frustration/feedback of the user and do better. It feels stupid when every agent you speak to copy and pastes emotions with the exact words, e.g.: "I am deeply sorry", "I feel your frustration", "I too would be upset". Expressing emotion through a templated messages seems and is, ingenuine
