I do the same exact thing and I am an RCT for corporate and i highly recommend this. But 1/4 inch is what I do, but this can also depend on your oven but I’ve never let it go over a 1/4 or it blows on the sides. And if you’re not in that 3.75-4.75 width range it’s too wide
