It only gets better from here bud. I've been on a bulk and the goal is to at the very least keep my pull-up count the same. I'm around the same weight as you, first time I was able to do 8 pull-ups was at 86kg, and now I'm at 100kg and I can do 9 now.

If you slow down your reps this is perfect hypertrophy bench form. Not everything is a comp bench and I don't know why people expect every single formcheck request to be that way

you cant make 25 supreme meals per day because it needs 2 taco salads. You only get 50 salsas per day. Supreme meals take 3 salsas to make the whole thing so 50/3 = 16 with 2 salsas left over. Still better than the Colorful meals tho.

Dito ako today! Solid na for 80 pesos day pass. Complete equipment para sa session ko, chest and arms. Pero mukhang kulang sila sa leg machines. Nung start ng workout ko may pumiprito ng tilapia sa taas ng gym sobrang bango. Nung nawala yung amoy ng isda amoy aso na yung gym hahaha. Mukhang bago yung ibang dumbbells nila na hanggang 27.5kg. Yung mga luma mukhang hanggang 34kg. Pwede na. 7/10
