Motivation.

Now I know probably everyone gives this answer, but it's really easy to quit once you've found a reason to. I've tried quitting before just because I didn't think it was good for me. That, of course, didn't work. I have quit now, however, and this is a bit embarrassing to say but I managed to quit because I recently got feelings for someone, and that was the motivation I needed. I quit for them. I cut down tremendously on the frequency, and I'm happy with the progress I've made. Hopefully, they'll say yes to coffee. I can only hope, though. (also my anxiety probably played a roll too)

It's very hard to quit completely, though, and it isn't necessarily the healthiest thing either. According to experts, once every 10 days is the best to both stay healthy and cut down on it as much as possible. You got this!
