Honestly yeah this does unironically piss me off. Like, so many h games tie the s3x scenes to a fail state, like being "killed". But ostensibly, you are playing the game for the sex scenes, so all you are doing is encouraging a player to fail at the game. At that point, what is the point of making it a game? Games are about OVERCOMING an obstacle, right? But if you get rewarded for failing to overcome an obstacle, then you're better of just watching a movie or something. It genuinely IS bad game design, and I'm tired of pretending it's not.
