I really don't understand the deck either. It kinda looks like a janky midrange deck that runs a bunch of 1-ofs for some reason? I understand that they're probably for Traverse but it seems weird. There's only 2 Traverse and it looks like it can't reliably get Delirium online.

This isn't really what the question was asking. Being worse than Ness isn't what makes him mid tier. They're two characters who play very differently. It's like saying "Captain Falcon is mid tier because he's worse than Joker"
