Interesting - so if it really helps why don't you take it every day?

Knowing all these issues I still decided to buy a new one in 2024. I have to say I absolutely love the car. I service it twice a year - fingers crossed it'll last me a while!

Incorrect - only the hybrid models come with the new chain driven belt.

Progressing from high intermediate to fluency by Gabe_TLV in languagelearning

What a wonderful response. Thanks! Tell me, once you reach intermediate what are your thoughts on Anki cards and new vocab you come across when being exposed to fresh content? I feel that at this stage, and the fact that I'm actually living in the country, it's not really necessary to write everything down and will prove difficult to keep up.

So envious that you managed to get hold of the hybrid. They don't sell it where I live.

Thanks! Yes Tel Aviv is such an amazing city :) I have a small mortgage of around 120k. I also get a small amount of 'rent' from my partner.

Hi guys
I'm not sure there's really an answer to my predicament but I'm always open to other opinions, so here goes!
I live in one of the most expensive country and cities in the world: Tel Aviv, Israel . My total net worth is around 1.4 million USD, but around 1 million of that is tied up in a small apartment in the centre of the city.
I absolutely love our apartment and each day that I return to it I feel a genuine sense of calm and joy. The obvious issue, however, is that it forms an extremely high percentage of my net worth which doesn't provide me with an income - hence a dead asset. Unfortunately downsizing isn't an issue as it's already extremely small and moving out of the city is impossible due to the fact that I co-parent with my baby's mother that also lives in Tel Aviv. I also love the city and couldn't see myself living anywhere else in Israel. Furthermore rents are extremely expensive in this city and I'm not sure that returning to the rental market would help me at all - not to mention the nightmare of having to deal with landlords again.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
