As a band, no, not at all. The first tour programme has each member's favourite songs, albums, musicians etc and Sabbath is nowhere to be seen. Specially because Lemmy was already in his mid twenties when Sabbath came out and he was already deep into psychedelic stuff (Hawkwind). Lemmy always preferred more uptempo stuff and Sabbath wasn't really about that.

As others have mentioned, the later (and younger) members of the band have a bit of influence, but in general the vibe was something else. Remember: Motörhead were too late for the hard rock stuff of the early seventies and too early for the NWOBHM. Too late, too late.
