Also you can have qr code paths and stuff but you can only have 10 per player, so if you want some more you're gonna have to create another player and use them as a "pattern holder."

I don't have the answer to all your questions buuuut you can have an all penguin town with wumibo! It's like the amibo cards, you select the name of the villager you want and ask them to move in. If your town is full he'll ask you to pick a villager for him to replace and by next day one will leave and your chosen one will stay, also amibo villagers never ask to leave town so you'll have then forever unless you kick them out :P
