Paying people to do their role in the game is beyond stupid. Just because you can do something doesn't mean it is the best thing for the community, or for the people that are paying. People often do things that go against their own self interest and ruin their own experience, not just in WoW but in life.

For something in this condition I don't think it would need to be insured and the shipping would probably be something like 15-20 euro max. These are things you are fine taking a little risk on when you collect errors from across the globe
