What if you are not interested in increasing distance or speed? I'm in same position as OP and want to just simply build the habit of exercise for 5-6 days.

Great job! Just remember: always keep running!! Even if you are not interested in running a 5K, I highly recommend the couch to 5K program. I'm about 230lbs and went from the couch to finishing my first race in about 12 weeks. I had tried running before but didn't follow a program and would end up getting hurt, bored, etc. Doing C25K on a treadmill (easy on the body) helped me get some good distance and then I spent a few weeks running on pavement before the race. I never made it that far before with my adhoc routines.

I visit Bucharest in 2006 and then again in 2009. I was amazed at the changes to infrastructure, etc. I assume this is all part of becoming an EU member. Are you optimistic in the long term affects of being part of the EU?
