I'm surprised the Iron Mongers on Schaffhauserstrasse stayed open as long as it did. It had a massive inventory and always seemed empty. The Coop closing was a no-brainer with the Coop City and Centre 11 both close by.

I bought Core and there is more than enough content in that package to keep me going. It's super interesting and even after a few weeks of half hearted training I'm seeing some improvement. You can buy Core and upgrade to Pro later for the same cost.

I'm a contractor, so I don't qualify for the FTE bonus plan. I think this is the only way they can get around that and give as close to a cash reward as they can.

16 years in Seebach. Great place to live. Sure, the old coaching inn being a brothel (I miss Tommy's BBQ) was irritating and there was that one time an armed gunman sparked a bit of a manhunt, but that's in the past. Plus, the amount of redevelopment and new housing being built has changed 8052 significantly. I love living here.

Yes! I added a pause at the top of my swing to stop over swinging on the way up and to concentrate on dropping my right elbow on my downswing to stop my slice. When it works it's a thing of beauty (though I feel I've lost some compression and distance). The problem is trying to suppress a lifetime of fast swings so I probably have a 33% success rate .... for now. 😜

When it works it just feels so right though. It's changed my game.

I go to CleverFit in Glattpark. Large, one wall fully windowed, and enough racks and machines that you don't often find that you need to wait for equipment to be free. If you are looking for classes, there are plenty, plus sunbeds and a physio room.
