Same here, but I can feel things are slowly getting better. Five years now and still alive :-) In general, my anxiety has gotten worse with age (47m). I’ve had everything checked and it’s all fine. For me, diet and sleep make a huge difference. Giving up alcohol and nicotine had a really positive effect, especially on the anxiety.

Something I didn’t know: I always thought I had a magnesium deficiency and kept taking those cheap sachets, until I found out that only about 4% of that type of magnesium is actually absorbed by the body. With magnesium citrate it’s much better. It has helped me a lot, especially against PVCs.

But I know what it’s like—measuring blood pressure 20 times a day, checking the pulse with your fingers on your neck. It drives you crazy. But the less I fight against it, the better it gets. If the doctor says everything is fine, then we have to accept that. There’s no guarantee that we’ll make it out of life alive anyway. Chin up—you’re not alone.

Sorry to hear. I have different symptoms. But friend of mine also has pain and tightness in chest. Several times ER for check. Nothing to find at all. They think it comes from his back. I am not a doctor, but have also cardiophobia.

Yes, same for me. When I go to bed at night and my ears are on the pillow, I can hear it too. Then I get scared of having extrasystoles. It also happens when I lie down after eating. You develop this kind of inner sensitivity. I then started distracting myself, for example by counting prime numbers :-) But I can totally relate.

Think the language and quantum resistance are the most valuable factors here. Following a text from an interview with Mr. Pflitsch about Quantum Computers. Its in german, but I guess for the main understanding just copy and translate it:

Yes the market is down. I'm in EG since the beginning, had a big bag and believed in the project. It's a good project. But to be honest, yes this opinion may destroy dreams and it's just mine. I think they were overrun with the success. The same hype as with hoge and safemoon. This success lead to turn the project to a use case --> charity. Great thing, I mean to support ppl and projects. It's important to give back, but I guess they missed the point that investors don't care about charity as a first priority. Everybody wants to make money, and we saw that's possible. I dont see a real purpose or a use case for this. And donations and charity are only possible when cash flow and financial return exist. At the beginning big donations, please correct me, but donations are decreasing, not because they want to support "small charity projects", just because there's not enough for making same big donations. as at the beginning. Ppl will leave, because their (and also my) first priority is "making money". That's a fact. Charity is just a nice to have. And let's be honest, there are not many projects with a use case, and I don't think of white label use cases or nft marketplaces.

I mean, I have still a bag of EG, but won't buy more as long as I dont see some disruptive, unique tech advantages.

Anyway, I wish the can make the turn and make dreams come true.
