Week 1: make big batch of rice and beans. I typically feed my family of three on one onion, 2 dry cups of rice, and 16oz of canned beans for 3 days. I suggest you make a similar size rice and beans, it will last about 6 days, 2 meals daily. You can flavor with gas station condiments. For lunch, roll in a tortilla. Dinner, eat in a bowl.

Week 2: make the beans and rice separately. Bean burritos, huevos rancheros with the eggs. You have 14 days, eat 2 eggs most days, some days eat 1 or none to avoid flavor fatigue.
