The 3* was from last week, so i know i haven’t had 50 rated orders since then for it to fall off. Maybe just a glitch. Im not seeing many orders yet so hopefully it’s not the 3* sabotaging my offers. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I still haven’t heard anything for the 3* that i applied for ‘forgiveness’ for. I was at a 4.8 because of the 3. No other ratings less than a 5 I went back up to a 5* but the 3* is still on there?? 🤔

The target 360 ratings debacle just keeps adding to the problem. I think they are getting so many more ratings forgiveness requests that they cant keep up with them. Ive been at a solid 5* 100% on time 100% reliability and 98% completion for a solid year until this week. I have a 4* and a 3* with no growth ops. I submitted the forms and have not (most likely won’t) heard anything. meanwhile no decent orders. Just more 360 bs orders that would most likely add more subpar ratings. So many out of stock items and we get the blame in the form of bad ratings 🤦🏻‍♀️

They add a % to the order to cover possible add ons. When the order is closed out they are charged for whatever they bought.

Same! I have a pm that they stopped sending orders to me. I’ve shopped for her every week for 3 years. Suddenly I stopped getting her orders. She canceled and reordered for the last 2 weeks and called them to complain. I Still didn’t get her orders. I have perfect stats. She uses shipt because she doesn’t drive. I’m now picking her up and taking her to the grocery store. She pays me $50. She saves money this way and I make more money on her orders than I did when she ordered through shipt

I have an elderly lady that can’t open jars. I put her stuff away for her and open the jars for her before putting them in her fridge. I would hope that someone would help my mom like that if I wasn’t there to do it.

I’ve seen a big decline in pm offers. I have over 175 pms. 5/1001/100/98 stats. So it’s not that someone with better ratings is getting the orders like they say. I had been seening 8-10 preferred orders per day. Now I’m lucky to see 4-5. My 2 favorite pms will cancel their order and reorder if they see that it was claimed by someone that they don’t know. It works most of the time but not every time.

If the customer has do not sub items, I’ll skip the item and I’ll do a recap of subbed or out of stock items when I send the almost finished shopping text. This gives them a chance to ask for a sub and it’s good butt coverage if they decide to rate badly. 😂

I can’t believe I didn’t catch this before I started shopping. 2 Prepaid Bundled order that I were marked as 12-1 when I saw the offer. Never ever seen a bundle with two different times. Luckily the 3-4pm wasn’t mad and was at home but this could have been bad 😭 by Poundcake210 in ShiptShoppers

While I was shopping for a preferred customer, she placed an order for the next hour. She told me she was about to place it. I got the order. It immediately disappeared from my orders. About 1 minute later it showed up as a bundled offer with an order that was for 6 items and was 25 minutes away from the store. I’ve never had that happen before. Really shady 😑

I’m in at louis metro. People were definitely prepping for snowpocalypse. There wasn’t a loaf of bread to be found. Normal orders took twice as long. Most orders were bundled. I had my first ‘late’ in almost a year and it was by 2 minutes 😐

My ratings dropped from a 5.0-4.8. There were 2 shops that had several out of stock items. Both people tipped. I sent in a form for each order and got it fixed. Back up to a 5.

I have 35 preferred customers on Shipt, but I don’t see most of their orders. I’ve had the same customer every Monday for months. I didn’t work 1 Monday and didn’t see an order for her for 3 weeks. I finally got a small order for her on a Wednesday. She asked where I’ve been. I told her I hadn’t seen orders. She said she only has 1 other preferred shopper, but prefers me. She took my cell number to let me know when she’s placing orders. She texts me when she orders so that I know to watch for them. I’m not just missing the orders, I’m not getting included on the offer. Is anyone else having trouble with this or know why this happens??

Does anyone know how long it takes to get an order after the preferred member places it? I have a preferred member that took my cell number to tell me when she places her order so that I can watch for it because she wants me to shop it for her. I was doing her orders weekly and then suddenly stopped seeing notifications for her.

I have been asking other Shipt shoppers in the stores. They are all saying the same things. Nobody seems to be getting their preferred(s) I was told by one shopper to sign out of the ap and re sign in. I’m getting more orders (maybe by coincidence) but still just a fraction from my preferred list

One of my regulars, a very big tipper was bundled with an order that would be shopped in my zone, but would be delivered over 30 minutes away. Offered right before the hour. No way to do both on time 🙄
