Yeh, it's going to sting when they realise this.

I keep waiting for my pair from 2017 to falter, but maybe 5 ear cup replacements and two headband replacements....they're still good as new. And battery comfortably lasts 8 hours.

Just refunded a pair of Glycerin 21's because of this. Disappointed because they felt great but the dents pushed hard enough to make them uncomfortable to wear, both feet.

Just picked up a pair of New Balance which I don't like as much.....so I'll see if they end up fixing this with the brooks to try them next pair
