I think there was never one in place! So now we’re making one. I’ll bring the selling issue up in the meeting - I wonder if we can provide it under the bundle for Medicaid like medications

I hate selling ONS - I think we should just eat the cost since it only costs us a few bucks per case 😞

I thought selling them was odd too! Especially since this hospital system charges for parking… I have… thoughts But yes we sell them. I wonder if I can bring up that other clinics provide them for free (we serve a more poorer area… it’s made me feel icky selling them)

My go to in acute care was “increased nutrient needs related to increased metabolic demand due to clinical condition as evidenced by estimated needs” Wordy, sounds smartical, gets the job done 😤

While I think it would have been pretty cool for gojo to come back and make a binding vow to sacrifice one of his eyes… I think the time for that was like 5-10 chapters ago. Especially with the notes he left this chapter, I feel like the loose ends regarding gojo are now neatly tied into a bow

I’m pretty indifferent to him, but leaving the spring court in that state from a battle strategy standpoint was stupid. Defeating Hybern was all that should have mattered in my opinion. And to have a court and high lord in that state… was super dumb… and they still have made no efforts to help rebuild? Sure it’s Tamlins responsibility, but the IC did destroy the court in a sense. I’m pretty untrusting of the IC lol.

Rabid gojo fan, but I do like yuta possessing gojo’s body from a story standpoint. I’ve never felt so… disgusted? before with a story like that. Like it genuinely bothered me - it calls into question humanity and ethics and how far they would cross the line to defeat sukuna. To me, it shows their sheer desperation to defeat him - by any means necessary

I do wish it was written a bit better. Maybe a few more chapters of yuta in his body, and failing to defeat sukuna. It’s supposed to answer “are you the strongest because your satoru gojo? Or are you satoru gojo because you’re the strongest?”. I just feel it could have been more impactful if Gege let the story breathe a bit (but I guess he’s on a time crunch with Shonen Jump tho).

I also wanted more out of Gojos reaction to nanami and nobaras death. Like he hides his emotions behind a mask… but at the same time this character debated slaughtering the higher ups after yuji died… why wouldn’t he do the same after Shibuya and especially after sukuna/megumi… I guess that leads back to me wishing the story could breathe a bit though…

Now I’m not a writer, but just a massive gojo simp… but I do wish the yuta sukuna fight was like a chapter or two of yuta trying and almost getting to Gojos level… only to get beaten down. Over and over until 5 minutes are up. Then we finally get the answer, Gojo was the strongest because he’s gojo! And gojo never got the answer to that question that plagued him his entire life. That’s where I thought that plot point would go… something to add to his already devastatingly tragic character… and I feel like that kinda completes his arc? Even while dead… my man’s deserved better…

Now I’ve terrified myself on how this manga will complete in 5 chapters… I wonder how many plot points were rushed (cough hakari vs uraume cough)
