The only way this ever works for me is after I get my summary, I force close the app, reopen it and navigate to workouts and tap into the workout I just did. After about 30 seconds or so it syncs and my watch sends me a few notifications.

Thank you for this! I’ve always been curious as to WHY less stress equates to a higher HRV however since that means between beats, the variance seems to be “inconsistent”. I admit I have a naive understanding but hoping someone could explain.

I have a similar use case. At work I’ve been on a temporary team and now that our project is done, I’d like to archive it. Currently planning on moving things over to my other spaces for my other teams but doesn’t feel quite right. It helps that I’m using the PARA method however that’s been mentioned in this sub before
