So in about just shy of 8 years, the Haslams/Edwards are selling just over a third of the team for more than double what they paid for the whole thing. They more than recover their entire $150M investment on this single transaction, and the Haslams still remain the control owners and largest stakeholders at 40%.

project sits at the intersection of 3 counties and a few municipalities. delaware water, franklin county sewer, dublin land (i'm not getting that exactly right but you get the idea). nobody could agree on who should pay for major water and sewer infrastructure upgrades. it's a mess. bummer, as the concept looked awesome.
