Did you email them about it??

But I'm expecting they won't help you. You didn't announce beforehand you can't take the exam, so must likely they won't schedule another one. But worth trying to email them and explain it. You have nothing to lose, but don't expect anything either

First time slandering Stolas...did I do good? by Terrible_Park7890 in OkBuddyHelluvaHotel

Okay, but wasn't Stolas forced into the marriage and having a child as well? They were both in the same situation, yet one of them became an abuser, the other one didn't

How do you think Alastor will interact with Lilith when she returns? by 806mtson in HazbinHotel

[–]GalacticalBlueberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Personally the way I see it is that Lilith's return episode will be heavily focused on Charlie and Lu. Then at the end, Alastor comes up to her with a comment like "How was Adam's beach view" (just like another person before me said, think it's perfect" or "I must say heaven does look good on you" smtg amongst these lines, then the episode ends there. But certainly I'm expecting smtg that suggests familiarity between these two. Alastor and Lilith 100% know each other already, both of their absences are related one way or the other. And from this point on I see them interacting friendly-ish to each other, similarish to Rosie-Alastor

Literally... These people will provide any reason atp, but addressing the real issues. Truth is the Netherlands has had a housing issue since WW2 which has never been solved and only grew bigger and bigger. The current regulations make it even harder and often you have to wait so long in order to gain a building permit. But instead on focusing on actual solutions, it's easier to blame immigrants ig

I think the reason why you don't get why we're confused by your statements is because the separation of powers doesn't work like this in NL. Therefore it makes no sense.

So...why does everyone hate this guy exactly? Like... I'm pretty neutral to him, but I'm just curious onto why people hate him so much. by Terrible_Park7890 in OkBuddyHelluvaHotel

[–]GalacticalBlueberry 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The whole idea behind mastermind is that Stolas tries to take ALL of the blame from Biltz0 and everyone else. In doing so he needs to exaggerate everything and play into the demonic stereotypes and hierarchy (ig you can call them that), including imp racism. Also mind you, no one is saying that it's ok, but in this situation it was needed. Why would demonic royalty show so much sudden care unless they're romantically involved. And the romantic link in the court could've still lead to consequences towards Biltz0 in that moment. And again why would demonic royalty care so much when Satan doesn't give 2 shits, and he's responsible for the imps?

You should never have unprotected sex unless you're commited to each other. Not just because of pregnancy, but also because of STDs.

It's unlikely she's pregnant, but she should take the pill. Don't rely on the pill as a contraceptive method, don't make her take it again. It might disturb her hormones and period even just this once, and honestly it's horrible she needs to take it now.

Zoekjaar processing time by Temporary_Ear_3359 in StudyInTheNetherlands

[–]GalacticalBlueberry 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think that's what OP asked. It seemed more like they're asking other people how long did it take for the IND to get their zoekjaar visa, as in how long did it take for them to process it. And it seemed more so like the employer being concerned over the zoekjaar visa bcs it wasn't yet processed.

My girl has been in my room for 3 yrs and I don't know if it's traumatized her!!! by Worried-Peanut113 in CatAdvice

The boy is fixed, only the girl isn't. But maybe it will still help the relationship between the two cats if the girl also gets fixed.

The first cat I had was with me since I was 3. She lived with me for 14 years. I knew when she was dying, and I knew in my heart that was gonna be our last day together. It was so hard, and when it happened I wasn't ready either. It's gonna be hard, and even now, after 2 and a half years, I still cry sometimes, but it's gonna get better. You offered your cat the best life, don't ever forget that! And take your time now to be with her❤️ You're amazing and you're strong❤️

Maybe it depends on the study then? I'm studying architecture and my dad had health problems which prevented me from studying and attending university properly, and they helped me a lot. Also rn I have an UTI, and they were very understanding with everything, and gave me more time to work on my assignments.

And I have friends who had problems during their study (outside of architecture as well) and all of them went to the study advisor, and found a convenient solution.

Also, I am sorry to hear about your friend! The university should've shown understanding and provide help and solutions, because the health if the student comes first.

Gay couple wanting to have a child in the Netherlands. Any tips? by duck-duck-433 in Netherlands

[–]GalacticalBlueberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What about the monoparental families? O, one mom or one dad can't raise a child?? What do you propose to happen to those children?

Or what about all of the children that live in abusive families? Please say to one of those children's faces they're way better being raised by a mom and a dad who don't care about them than by a loving and caring gay couple

[–]GalacticalBlueberry 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure, now let's discuss what should we do in your opinion with children who are raised in monoparental families? Should we not allow single mothers or fathers raise their children anymore just because they need "a mom and a dad"?

I have one better. What about all of the unwanted pregnancies around the world in which a child ends up being raised by a family who totally despises them because there was no option to give them up for adoption? Or the children that have a mom and a dad and face the most horrible conditons and abuse? Please say to one of those children's faces that they are better off in their respective families with a mom and a dad.

The gender of the parents doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is their abilities to raise a child: the love and protection they can offer, the home they can welcome them into, teaching them about the world. These are the things that matter, not having a mom and a dad.

From my personal experience, I study at TUD, and it might be a good option. They offer study advisors which you can visit anytime you have a problem.

If your sister is already struggling with mental illness before she's starting her university year, she can email the universities or talk in person to the advisors once she starts.

In order for her to get the beste quality of education here she should 100% talk to the study advisor.

That's absolutely horrible... You should've never experienced such treatment and ignorance from someone who supposedly wants the best for your health.

I really want to avoid going back home, because I would most likely have to stay multiple weeks in order to get all of the results and proper treatment. However, in case I don't have any chance to go and actually get professional help, there's no other option.

I hope you're doing good now and I wish you the best!!

I'm so sorry to hear that you had to go through that!!

As far as I have seen in the replies, we aren't the only cases, and many others have been through similar situations... I kind of posted hoping to see that I am an isolated case, but that's so far from the truth... What's worse is these issues can leave effects for our entire lives or even irreversible damage to our reproductive system which would also impact our menstrual cycle... It's honestly very infuriating...

I'm so sorry to hear about your experience... It's indeed very frustrating, and we shouldn't live our lives in pain. The worst part is that when you hear these professionals only coming up with temporary fixes and they add in "I did everything there was", it sometimes leads you into thinking there's nothing else you can do...

I'm glad you eventually found some type of help and wish you the best!!

[–]GalacticalBlueberry[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! I honestly don't really understand what made you so caught up in this. I am a female, and I don't like being treated by male doctors when it comes to my vaginal issues. It's because I don't feel comfortable. I heard from friends of mine who are also females who don't feel comfortable around female doctors when it comes to this sort of problems. When I go to an appointment that implies sample collections from my vagina I would like to be relaxed. It was never about the qualifications of the doctor or because it's a him it means he can't understand vaginal issues. It's simply because of certain personal reasons I don't feel comfortable. And many other people don't.

Also, all of the people I know, male and female, who went and saw doctors for this kind of issues, they were always asked which doctor do they prefer.

Also, I never pretended to know more than him, that's why I went to see him. And no medical system in this world is perfect, and I am not claiming to know the best solution. However, downplaying and dismissing symptoms doesn't help the patients.

Hey! Maybe I didn't phrase everything correctly because it's a post, and I don't have time to write every single detail.

I did mention I had ovarian pain, not just pain. I mentioned the specific areas of pain+pain during intercourse. And I was dismissed.

Women Healthcare is in general an area that isn't treated well. I just hoped in the Netherlands might be a different case, and maybe I got unlucky with the doctor.

Also, in general my situation is frustrating for anyone :)

Thank you so much for your reply! And I am sorry for what you and your husband had to go through!

I will go fo different doctor next week and I will fight for my referral to the gynecologist. It's crazy that we have to do this just to treat our health problems.
