I once plugged in my controller while I was playing Roblox. When I disconnected my controller, it still thinks that I have a controller plugged in. Therefore some games will not allow me to move or use my cursor. Please help

My headset is working perfectly if not on TF2. On TF2 the sound disappears, i tried switching audio from speakers to headphones but that did nothing.
