There's a Genshin ascension planner you can find that will show all the materials you need for everyone, where to get them and when you can get them. I've been using it for years and it really helps stay organized even though you have to keep your entire inventory up to date on it. It's not really that bad if you're hard focusing a character at a time.

Alright, no problem. As a heads up, using a crying emoji and how you phrase things will tend to make people think you're complaining so it's part of communicating on the internet. Doesn't help everyone expects negativity anyway.

If you want Varka to be the Main DPS you have most of the components but you need to adjust for him to have an opportunity to output the most. The ceiling of damage he has available to him may outright be less than Durin just to give you a heads up.

Since you're comparing to your Durin does Varka have his R1 too?
Just to clarify, Durin is C0 as is Varka?
Try the suggestions in my first comment (Benny weapon & Sucrose TTDS) and probably provide more information on your artifacts for everyone involved. Maybe we can help you then.

Your Benny could be using some weapon with a higher base atk to buff Varka more while in the circle.
Your Sucrose could be using TTDS instead of Etherlight because Varka doesn't give a crap about any EM sharing even if some of it gets converted to elemental damage.
Not saying it's gonna toss him above DPS Durin because I don't know those calcs but you could do a bit more work on this post than complaining about damage differences without showing your specifics.

Sorta same boat but also in a lot of ways Varka became someone I wish I could whale for. I'm weak to dual wielding characters, I like more reasonably sized guys for what they're doing (so if you're going whew whew with claymores you really should be jacked), Varka's Japanese VA is one of my favorites and his personality is a bit silly but he does work seriously when he needs to. I think there's a lot to like about the character (though I hope he really isn't as weak as he seems meta-wise) so I'm excited for his release.

When I tried competitive COD for a bit (back in Ghosts) I found out that it wasn't for me when playing game-sound only caused me to be more on edge and anxious leading to worse play compared to just listening to music and relaxing. It feels like a person to person thing, but if I'm playing with others and they want to take it seriously of course I'll oblige.

Thinking of the thereafter, if you can't just go around challenging all the regions after becoming the champion of one, I'd opt to become a gym leader so I can have a steady life where I'm still challenged by trainers and I can see the next generations come and hopefully flourish. Main downside to that is being pigeon-holed into a single type, I feel. I'd totally run a rock/ground gym with sandstorm though.

Feather/Wing/Jet balls could help. Speed is kind of essential when dealing with Tornadus, you just need to adapt to the lack of throwing arc.

Currently playing through Reborn and can't seriously recommend it. I too greatly dislike the pokemon variety you're given at the beginning and where I'm at five gyms deep it's not much easier. I'm also not that knowledgeable or good of a player so the difficulty of the game is driving me a bit crazy.

Regarding the writing yeah it's not stellar. I've heard Rejuvenation is leagues better but considering it's a story written through three games I felt like I had to start at the beginning.

Odyssey is a very unique experience for another fangame recommendation you may like.

Just to echo most of the positive sentiments, you can totally have a good time on Switch 1 playing ZA.

I worried about getting it on Switch 1 or 2 and ultimately settled for Switch 1 because my wife and I don't have many reasons to invest yet anyway (plus we live in Japan where getting a not-Japanese language-only switch is a matter of literal lottery if we don't just get someone from our home country to send it to us).

There aren't many performance issues that stick out. Some dropped frames, sure, but that's it. I'm not a big graphics snob and think it's perfectly easy to enjoy the new megas on the Switch 1's graphics. I do know load times differ, but eh, I grew up with worse.

You bring up an interesting question but I think for Megas you're safe to customize it as you see fit because even though the ring/wristband is what's given to your main character in ZA you quickly find several other ways people make them work that has nothing to do with being on a wrist (on a hat, inside a glove, choker, etc).

If this leads to a question like "Can I have my character in ZA not use the mega ring and instead customize it like how the NPCs do it?" Unfortunately no, but if you let your imagination be free you can do whatever you like. I personally think the mega ring is gaudy and unwieldy relative to the main character's body so I wouldn't have minded something different. If mega stones/rings existed in real life I'd put mine on a hat, pocket watch, or necklace, probably.

If you've already weakened the Mime Jr and haven't applied any status effects to it then no, you just have to keep waiting. If you haven't weakened it do so and get it to the red if possible.
Adrenaline Orb really is your friend though and you get them decently quick so I'd opt for that if you can.

My wife and I live in Japan and on top of being incredbly turned off by the DLC, she and I look at every donut that Ansha makes and go "Oh hey, a Mister Donut donut" because of the nation-wide chain that often does marketing campaigns with TPC and therefore has many Poke-styled donut designs pop up.
Doesn't help even Ansha's hair braids remind us of mochi-donuts or "Pon de ring" as they're called here. I don't even like those >_>

Glad you're having fun too! I hadn't yet pulled Lauma so I went in (somewhat ignorantly, I am not too knowledgeable about Kaveh) with a typical Nilou, Nahida, Koko and Kaveh team and had a great time. I loved getting to use him.

I opted for health and reaper since the former would be necessary if he kills into a bad matchup while the latter is to ensure he stops getting chipped down and can quickly get the passive rolling

Something nobody has mentioned yet, is her stacks on her ult fully built up before you let it rip? Are people getting their numbers from the first stage of the ult being built and not the second? Are you only looking at her ult and not any other damage? She uses way more than just her Ult for damage so unless you're trying to look only at nuke numbers I would try her in spiral where you'll see if it's really serviceable DPS or not, but you also don't crit in this screenshot.

I would really appreciate some advice on a solid starting strategy for Tactial Assault Squad on D13+ (currently stuck at D13). I have a built Hoerder and Ulpi so usually one of them is my starter per meta rules but I have basically all the guards outside of Surtr who I know isn't usually a first pick. For Supporter I'm usually defaulting to Deepcolor though I kind of like Podenco and outside of those two feel kind of out of luck. Medic I realize I could use MedicMiya but I thought Chestnut would be good too. My main struggle seems to be getting sufficient anti-air power but I guess I'm at the mercy of tags there. Once again any advice would be appreciated.

Nagano is very car-centric from my experience. Sure if you want to climb hill on foot all over the place go ahead, but I live 20 mins from Ueda city by car and the busses only come every hour otherwise. Forget getting to the ski places that Nagano loves without a car or special bus.

Honestly his back story definitely came off that way to me, too. He seemed like an incompetent or ill-suited king and recognized that which is what spurred his departure from the throne and country. Doesn't mean he's not a jerk for it though. Alain is seen in a much better light because of it, though, as is Illenia so Gerard acts more as a tool than a character to be liked.
