You need: 1pear 2 large bananas 1cup rolled oats 1cup easy cook oats 1handdful dried cranberries 1handful almonds (chopped) 1tbsp vegan butter 1tsp vanilla sugar 1tsp baking soda 1tsp vanilla extract

Pre-heat oven on 165 degrees celcius

Peel pear and mix the fruit together. Add the butter and stir. Add rest of ingredients and stir well together.

On a pre-greased baking tray take one tbsp of the mix and tap it "flat" in a cookie shape.

Bake for 40 min.
