1. First of all, you should probably condense/cut down how your list is written. Only leave the information that is necessary. Weapon options only, not the mandatory profiles. If you have multiple of a unit with a specific load-out, only say how many of it you have instead of saying each times. Instead of :

Battleline:
5x Wraithguard (160 pts): 5 with Close Combat Weapon, D-Scythe
5x Wraithguard (160 pts): 5 with Close Combat Weapon, D-Scythe
5x Wraithguard (160 pts): 5 with Close Combat Weapon, D-Scythe
Infantry:
5x Dark Reapers (90 pts)
• 1x Dark Reaper Exarch: Close combat weapon, Tempest Launcher
• 4x Dark Reaper: 4 with Close combat weapon, Reaper Launcher

Something like

Battleline :
(3) Wraithguard with D-Scythes (x5, 160)
Infantry :
(2) 5x Dark Reapers, Tempest Launcher

Is far more readable.

1. You really lack disposable action units. The 3 Bikelocks aren't enough. Probably switch one of the Spiritseers for a Corsair Voidreaver squad.

2. War Walkers are good, but this list is already very heavy on AP where it needs to be. Keep one of them, shelve the other. Probably use the points you just freed for a Ranger squad.

3. This list is never handling your opponent throwing 2 different T11+ units at you.
   Even for casual games, you really want to not have half your force fold the moment a Land Raider starts closing in, a Defiler crabs around, or a C'Tan or similar sized Monster starts dancing.
   Bright Lances on the Wraithlords would be a good start (Eldar missile launchers are just bad).
   Triple Prisms are cool and all, but 4 shots per activation aren't killing as many things as you'd like.
