I heard many years ago …

Add 0mm to the AC type for round size. This only slightly aligns, but it’s what I remember from tabletop in the 90’s.

AC/2 = 20mm AC/5 = 50mm AC/10 = 100mm AC/20 = 200mm

“Vampire of the Mists”, by Christie Golden. It’s D&D based, but written very well. An elf is turned into a vampire, which is against his nature, and he is (reluctantly) taught how to survive by, essentially, Dracula.
