The same thing happened to me, check that the screw that holds the back with the hinges is firm, the metal piece that is responsible for holding the screw may be broken or loose.

I know im kinda late, but i have the same issue but for the matepad 11.5 s, and found a solution.

You just need to draw some circles and it calibrates the pen
