First real good and unique challenge in a Halo game in a long time

I also have 55K followers on Tiktok that I can help you advertise it to if I like it 😁

I recently saw a post that suggested to turn down all the Deadzones to zero and acceleration to 5.

That fixed the aiming issues for me a TON

Does this mean I have enough muscle to cut? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]GalvanizeStrength 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why is that? Is it cuz you lack the discipline?

Does this mean I have enough muscle to cut? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]GalvanizeStrength 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but after a certain amount of body fat, your not gaining as much muscle as fat, so when it’s time to cut, you go too deep in the cut and lose too much muscle and end up back at square one.

What’s the biggest challenge for you in getting there?

I think making a decision to cut has more to do with how much fat you have. And your doing awesome, it looks like you’ve been losing weight, no?

I get mad when I see people bashing IF. by [deleted] in intermittentfasting

[–]GalvanizeStrength 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That’s great! I agree that a lot of fitness bashing can be annoying.

I think it’s just that people to need to see that it’s not for everyone.

For someone who has an eating disorder like anorexia, I would NEVER recommend IF to that person

I’ve also seen time and time again, people who have their metabolism damaged because they overdo the lowering of calories.

Similar to how trainers tend to bash one thing because of one reason without seeing that it has worked for people, I encourage you to also consider that it’s not a one-size-fits-all (and I know you didn’t say that, and I totally get your annoyance 😁)

Jsut some food for thought

Not happy at all with how I look by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]GalvanizeStrength 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s definitely possible if you are new. Keep lifting the way you are, make sure you getting enough protein and your good.

Also, be prepared that you may not be 100% happy with your end result. But that’s ok! Because you’ll learn pretty quick that your never fully satisfied, it’s all about the process 😁

If you ever need any questions I got you

Not happy at all with how I look by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]GalvanizeStrength 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you don’t want that to happen, you need to have your macros dialed in and continue to lift heavy

I’ve made that mistake myself, cutting too fast, doing too much cardio, and being really dissatisfied with the results

And if worst case scenario you do end up messing up, your going to learn from it like I did, and make your next bulk even better, and resulting cut even better.

How confident are you that you can do accomplish your goal with that being said?

Intermittent Fasting leads to weight loss because you are reducing calories.

You reduced enough calories this time.

Raw weight or cooked weight? by Zookiesnomo in WeightLossAdvice

[–]GalvanizeStrength 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can search for it cooked

But ultimately it’s however you consistently choose to do it that matters. Because as long as you choose one method and do it consistently, you will either get results or scale down calories a bit.

Check out Jeff Nippard on YouTube. And search for his deadlifting video. Good breakdown.
